Including Investment & Development Company LLC, Mr. Rauenhorst has been a leading real estate developer in the Bay Area for over 40 years. Starting his career in Chicago in 1982, he became Southeast Regional President of one of the nation’s largest real estate firms by 1990, overseeing 17.5 million square feet of completed projects. In 2002, he launched his own firm, successfully developing condominiums, multi-family, and hotel properties, while also consulting on project feasibility and planning. His work has earned numerous accolades, including NAIOP’s Developer of the Year (1997), the Joseph Miller Medallion Award (2012), and multiple honors from Marquis Who’s Who.
